At Skinner Construction we have over 130 years’ experience of a wide range of construction projects across the South West. Past projects include schools, hospitals, local government work, small housing developments and churches with a project value of up to £4 million.

We pride ourselves on the consistently high level of service and quality that we deliver to both the design team and, most importantly, the end user.

Our contracts department is led by a highly skilled management team, who pride themselves on achieving high levels of client satisfaction by exceeding expectations in terms of quality, programme, Health & Safety and cost management. Over the years we have developed our operations to allow us to provide a wide range of services focusing on delivery.

We have a strong understanding of partnered, traditional Design and Build procurement and carry out contracts up to £3m in value. Over the years we have built up considerable experience in the Residential, Healthcare, Leisure and Education sectors.

Through our long-standing presence across Devon, our aim is to continue to build long lasting relationships with the local community in which we work.
